Glad to announce the next installment of Manga Race Engine. It features updated race code, penalty system working, file saving updated, stuff to make life easier for those that use the actual engine.

8 Racer Capability // Updated, so that racers that aren't being used aren't saved
2 Tracks // Drag or Circuit
Weather // Rain or Sunny
Penalty System // More respect you have, less penalties.
File Save // Optimised, and as said before, only saves racers that did something.
Reader // Some small visual updates and added some more code.
